We build each BBQ pit upon receiving the order. It usually takes about 2 to 3 business days to build the pit and have UPS/FedEx pick it up. Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located but you should expect to receive your pit within eight business days. For each order we do provide the shipment tracking number so you can be ready to start cooking as soon as your pit arrives!

Yes and yes. There is a one year warranty on all welded and assembled parts. In the rare event a weld breaks or a product is deemed defective we will replace the part at no cost to you. We guarantee our pits with a ninety day money back guarantee. We’ve never had one returned but if it happens we’ll have you ship it back to us and refund the cost of the BBQ pit plus the cost of shipping it back to us.

That is pretty common and nothing to worry about. As thorough of a job as we do in preparing your BBQ pit for shipment the BBQ pits can sometimes be slightly dented as they travel across the country by currier. Small (1 inch or less) to medium sized (no larger than 3 inches) have no impact on the cooking ability of the pit. However, if the dent is large and there is damage to where the lid fits on the drum please contact us immediately. We want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase, no excuses!

Great question! There is no doubt you can find a less expensive version of the drum smoker in the market place but it would be hard to find a one that matches ours at the price we charge. What we’ve created is a drum smoker with exactly the right features any BBQ’er would need to start making great BBQ upon receiving their pit. Our competitors have chosen to sell a very basic model and charge you extra for accessories, which in our opinion those accessories should be a standard feature. That’s like buying a car and the dealer telling you that the engine is an accessory!
